Although this does not happen regularly, sometimes people stop receiving email from MSA (either the newsletter and/or the swap site).
If this happens to you, please do the following: 1. Check your junk folder. 2. Check your spam folder. 3. Make sure you have MSA added to your contacts list. 4. Check to see if you have any rule in your email software that auto-deletes messages from MSA. These can sometimes be added accidentally. This will likely fix the problem. If you have done all of the above steps and the problem is still not fixed (for example, you should have received the daily newsletter the next day and you didn't), please: 3. Send an email to [email protected] 4. State the affected email address (if different than what you are using to report the issue). 5. State that you have completed the steps above.
The most common reason people stop receiving email from MSA is that at some point an email message from MSA was somehow marked as spam/junk either by the recipient or by the email software itself.
