Box of Style Customer Service- HELP WANTED!!!

Lei17DenLei17Den Posts: 45Member
Does anyone have any tips on how to get a response from RZ Box of Style customer service? I've emailed twice, commented on an IG post by The Zoe Report, and not heard a peep.

FB messenger often works the best

Omg lol you read my mind!!! I was stewing about the same thing just now and what do I see when I clicked into the forum, but your post! I managed to get one response out of a customer service specialist last week (after threatening a chargeback in my second email to try and illicit a response to my first email lol), who promised to get to the bottom of my issue (account canceled by BOS March 12 for no apparent reason and I never received my box that I paid for). She hasn't gotten back to me since, and at this point, I'm not going to beg for my box. If I don't hear back in the next two days, I'll move to get a refund. It's going on almost a month since I paid for my box

Thanks @sara! I'll have to try that. I've heard horror stories but apparently I never thought this would happen to me. @cinka23 the box isn't all that great, get your money back and go buy something nice, LOL

I am going through the same thing! On IG, they told me they would have customer service respond soon. Now it is just a game for me to comment on their posts every day with a running tally of the days in which I have not received a response. I am on day 14 today. I really do not want to do a charge back, but I also would like them to replace the items that arrived damaged.

I had a item damaged and an order error it took two weeks to get a response (10 business days) they fix the error and also send a replacement within the week . It takes forever to get a response but they do fix the problem.

@Lei17Den , haha, I know, right?? I really only jumped on this box due to the Gilt discount and only semi want the water bottle and bag, which is easier to buy on EBay at this point

@kitty01 Did they require you to send the damaged product back, or how did that work? One of my earrings has a small spot that looks tarnished, so I just emailed and asked if they could send a replacement or a partial refund. I'd be okay with either, but I'm kind of disappointed to receive an imperfect product. On the bright side, I'm really happy I got a chalice that is different from the one I swapped for so I have a little variety.

@SamanthaL I just emailed the photos of the damaged item and they send me an email with the tracking showing the new replacement item. I didn't have to return anything.

Someone listed the cs number on one of the threads. I'm looking for it too, my bag is stained

Thanks, @kitty01! I emailed them but didn't include a photo yet, but definitely will send it to them if they request it. Which of your items was damaged?
  • kitty01kitty01 Posts: 112Member
@SamanthaL it was the Sunday Reilly cream from the December box

@BestAuntEver haha! I actually thought about that AFTER I posted it, but I couldn't figure out how to word it.
  • kitty01kitty01 Posts: 112Member
@HappyCat it took 10 full business days and then another week for shipping so around 3 full weeks before I got my replacement.

    edited March 30
On March 17 I requested info on where my box was after two phone calls(not returned) and another message not return I received a response to tell me my box was delivered on the 25. I did in fact already know that but I was nice that they responded I guess. Luckily I now have his ear and I was able to tell him about an open ticket I have for a damaged box item.

    @kitty01 Thank you :)

I just subbed to this box today and now I'm concerned about seeing all the problems I see people having. :(
  • SamanthaLSamanthaL Posts: 844Member
@Lilith as long as you anticipate slow shipping and bad communication ahead of time, it's not so bad. The box itself is great. I read all of the bad reviews about customer service when I was tempted to buy the winter box, but still couldn't resist the spring box cause I liked the items so much.

BOS wouldn't replace the earrings with the tarnish mark, but they credited $10 back to my account (who knows when I'll see that, lol). I removed the earrings from my listings cause I wouldn't want to swap an imperfect product and have a disappointed swap partner, and I didn't want to swap it for under RV either. Luckily, I like them enough to keep and use, and my hair is long and will probably cover the mark. But whomps! Wish they arrived in perfect condition.
