Alltrue billing & customer service delays

Hello Forum! Has anyone received random billing/charges from all true ( aka cause box)? I canceled my membership when they went bankrupt etc. I did receive a summer box from them. Just received noticed today that they charged me for an annual subscription, that I did not authorize. Has anyone else ran into this issue? I reached out to customer service, only to get a bounce back advising they won’t respond for a week or 2. Anyone else experiencing this?

I haven’t subscribed to them in years- I hope you were able to get this sorted out, yikes!

After a second strongly worded email, I got a fairly quick response. They are processing a full refund
